Dr. James Riesenberger personally reached out to me multiple times, and that level of care is something you just don’t see everywhere. The entire staff has been unbelievably patient, kind, and thoughtful through every step of the process. You can truly tell they’re always thinking about their patients, not just the work itself, but how we’re doing, how we’re feeling, and how to make the experience better. I’m so grateful for the care we’ve received. Highly recommend. Tiffany

Posted On: 11/07/2025 My experience with Dr. James Riesenberger and his team has been excellent. My Invisalign treatment is still on going, but the progress has already been noticeable. Dr. Riesenberger is clearly skilled and deeply knowledgeable, and he explains things in a way that makes you feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Kristen, the orthodontic assistant who has been working on my teeth, deserves real credit as well. She balances professionalism with genuine warmth, takes her time, explains each step, and clearly cares about the final result. The entire team is compassionate and dedicated, and it shows in the quality of their work. I feel well cared for every time I walk in. Alan H

The entire team was so warm, patient, and attentive — they made my kids feel completely at ease and actually excited to be there. Every step was explained so clearly, and the care they provided went above and beyond what I expected. Huge shoutout and Thank You to Mrs. Barbara for handling the front desk solo and not missing a beat! Outstanding job 👏🫶

Dr. James Riesenberger was absolutely amazing — welcoming, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. His kindness and professionalism made the whole visit feel effortless… it’s almost enough to make us forget he’s a Yankee fan! 😉⚾️

Dr. Riesenberger did an outstanding job putting on my daughter’s braces — he was gentle, thorough, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way.

It’s clear that he not only has the technical expertise but also truly cares about his patients. The process was smooth, well-explained, and efficient. My daughter left the office smiling (even with braces!) — and that says it all.

All my patients that I refer here have only positive things to say about Dr.R. Absolutely love the staff here. Front desk is always welcoming and flexible with scheduling, assistants are very gentle and sweet. Highly recommend this place to all my patients and to anyone looking for orthodontics. Avanti P

Posted On: 05/13/2025 Just had my daughter Kylee there for her braces and it was an amazing experience. Everyone there is extremely kind and caring. They took care of Kylee in just under 2 hours, making her laugh in the process. Dr R is great with kids, enough to make this 14 year old smile after she just had them put on. We like it there so much, I am also an Invisalign patient! John W
