We have had the BEST experience at this orthodontist office! From the moment we walk through the door, the entire staff is so warm, friendly, and welcoming. They have an incredible way with children and make every appointment feel fun, easy, and something my daughter actually looks forward to! 🦷💗✨

The doctor is wonderful, the staff is amazing, and the entire office has such a positive, happy atmosphere. You can truly tell that they care about their patients and love what they do. This is exactly how every business should be run!

Posted On: 05/13/2026 Highly recommend! My first visit was incredibly thorough—they took detailed X-rays, a 3D scan, and photos of my face and profile. The doctor then sat down with me to discuss a comprehensive treatment plan. I was also impressed by the efficiency; I received the cost estimate via email within just a few hours.
As a bonus, the office interior is very cool, featuring 80s arcade games like Pac-Man. It makes the whole experience much more enjoyable! Monika R

Posted On: 03/19/2026 If you don’t mind doing the work for the front desk staff, then this is the place for you. Multiple times now we’ve been told by the front desk. “Oh, you can call your insurance company. We don’t have time for that.” They will give you an estimate and then charge you more than the estimate that they gave you and when you question it the front desk staff will tell you call your insurance company. The office submitted the claim they should be able to tell us why the bill is not correct. Charlie

Dr. James Riesenberger personally reached out to me multiple times, and that level of care is something you just don’t see everywhere. The entire staff has been unbelievably patient, kind, and thoughtful through every step of the process. You can truly tell they’re always thinking about their patients, not just the work itself, but how we’re doing, how we’re feeling, and how to make the experience better. Dr. Riesenberger is clearly skilled and deeply knowledgeable, and he explains things in a way that makes you feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Kristen, the orthodontic assistant who has been working on my teeth, deserves real credit as well. She balances professionalism with genuine warmth, takes her time, explains each step, and clearly cares about the final result. The entire team is compassionate and dedicated, and it shows in the quality of their work. I feel well cared for every time I walk in. Alan H
